Learn why the audience only remembers your stories
'Truths embedded in a tale shall enter in at lowly doors.' - Charles Dickens
Did your last audience really remember what you said?
So many speakers give bland, boring, eminently forgettable (sometimes embarrassing) presentations. Don't let this happen to you!.
Use this Audio Program to learn how to hold your audience with stories. More importantly learn how to communicate so that your message is well remembered. You will make a huge impact on your audience when you put this compelling advice to work.
On the first Part of the Program you will find out that good speakers and communicators are great story tellers and on the second Part of the Program you will hear Colin's 'G.I. Deon' presentation, a classic interpretation of an old tale with a moder application, demonstrating that the message is the story and the story is the message.
Colin Pearce is an award winning author and trainer from his 35 years experience working with the best organizations and the top performers in dozens of industries. Colin has been making large audiences laugh since he was a teenager, speaking at conferences and producing media and communications since 1976. Coming from a stock of pioneer farmers, retailers and butchers in Australia since 1839, so business is in his blood. Colin has been in teaching, television and talking, not to mention his other forays into sales training, song writing and once being a member of the Store men and Packers Union (for three weeks - then a wharfie ran over his toe with a wool-bale trolley and he quit).
His audiences range from nuclear reactor engineers in Florida to tire fitters in Sydney yet he's just as comfortable with kindergarten kids on the story mat. One 8 year old wrote Colin's favorite testimonial: 'My little brother thought you were well worth the $2 ticket!'
Colin's speaking destination list reads like the index from the atlas: he has spoken at conferences in Lebanon, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, USA, New Zealand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Vietnam, Borneo, Vienna, Noumea, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Kenya, New Zealand and every state of Australia.
